Dictionairee definition

Attorney-Grade Output

Dictionairee Entry

Literal Meaning

A claim that generated work product meets the standard a qualified lawyer would produce for the same task.

Buzzword Usage

A grade asserted by the seller, against no published standard, assessed by nobody, and carrying none of the professional liability that the word "attorney" ordinarily brings with it.

Why It’s Fluff

  • Grade Without a Grader: Every profession that grades work names who does the grading, and this one names nobody.
  • Credential Without Consequence: An attorney who produces poor work is answerable for it, and this is the part that does not transfer.
  • House-Cleaning Reality Check: Like calling your cooking restaurant-grade on the basis that it arrived on a plate.

Reality Check

Love Island (Season 3): the islanders line up on day one and couple up by stepping forward on appearance alone, and the match is announced as settled before anyone has said a word to anyone.
