The title matters less than how you think and whether you care about making the experience better for the person on the other side of it.

What you'll work on

The first focus is Jargonee’s legal-language work, especially contracts and litigation.

You’ll use what we’re building, stress-test it, find where it misses, challenge how it works, and help us decide what users would appreciate next.

We’re looking for people who can look at something, understand it quickly, tell us exactly what works or doesn’t, and help move it forward.

The end user is the center of this.

If something makes their work easier, clearer, faster, or less frustrating, we want to know.

If something gets in their way, we want to know that too.

What we need from you

Initiative. See something that can be better? Say it. Better yet, show us.

Innovation. We’re not interested in reproducing the same legal-tech patterns with a different adjective.

Directness. You cannot hurt our feelings.

If something is bad, say it’s bad. If something is confusing, say why. If you have a better idea, bring it.

The goal isn’t simply to agree. The goal is to find what benefits the users and the experience.

Clarity. Explain things crisply, cleanly, clearly, and quickly.

No ten-minute answer when thirty seconds will do.

Get to the point.

Action. Analysis matters. Endless analysis does not.

Think. Decide. Test. Move.

Bonus. If you can flat out say, “That is a terrible design. No user would like that,” and then immediately follow it with a better solution, even better.

Bad user experience? Say it.

Bad design? Say it.

Then tell us how you would fix it and why.

Apply if you would rather enhance a system than spend six months discussing the framework for potentially considering developing a system.
